You authorize us to process and store this data to generate AI-based video content
AI-generated videos are synthetic representations and may not exactly replicate real individuals
Generated videos and related data may be stored to support delivery, replays, troubleshooting, or future gifting activity.

Sweet AI relies on trusted third-party platforms to deliver its services, including but not limited to:
HeyGen (AI video generation)
QR code generation and hosting platforms
