Since our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns once they leave our facility. We stand behind the quality of our cookies and guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please email [email protected], and we will work with you to make it right.

Our cookies are best enjoyed within 48 hours of receipt. To maintain freshness for up to 5 days, store them in an airtight container with a piece of soft bread. For long-term storage, freeze the cookies upon receipt in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the inability to restock them once shipped, Jordan's Cookies Gifting cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please double-check the shipping address for accuracy before submitting your order.
